Upcycled Fashion

This project was able to be upproach with some of the little knowledge and practice from sewing in fashion design. At the same time, the practice of screenprinting was also able to be adhered to it from that same class that asked to do this project with a call to action in any area of todays society as it is the problem generated by fast fashion. In fact, the intention of this project was to give a call to action to prevent or stop the overproduction of clothes in our world categorized as fast fashion brands. In a sense, the whole intention was to simply attract people to see that upcycling fashion or utilizing clothes that were already used can help our planet be better by not creating more waste or pollution, between other problems.

During the time, I was making the designs I had it to use two different substrates and I selected three different shirts where I changed their sleeves, I splited two shirts in half and made one to do the one that says Remake as well. I was also able to use the same design to do a poster where I sort of messed up, but ended up using my error as part of the design.
